Community Value of Veterinary Services
Preventive veterinary care is a cost-effective investment. By providing free veterinary services to pets of people experiencing homelessness, our program delivers immediate financial relief to pet parents while helping reduce future expenditures related to emergency veterinary care, animal shelter intake, animal control, and public health response.
Supporting Foster-Based Animal Rescues
Veterinary care is one of the largest expenses for foster-based rescues. By offsetting these costs, our program enables rescue partners to care for more animals while reducing demand on publicly funded shelter resources.
