Frequently Asked Questions

Good Question! At this time, we do not.
To ensure that our services reach animals in genuine need and to maintain transparency and accountability in how we allocate our resources, we partner exclusively with organizations that have active 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
Working with established nonprofits helps us verify that our efforts directly support structured rescue operations, outreach programs, and community initiatives committed to animal welfare. It also provides an added layer of trust and protection for all parties involved — the animals, the people we serve, and our organization.
We deeply respect and appreciate the work done by individuals and informal groups; however, for the sake of consistency, responsible use of resources, and the long-term success of our programs, 501(c)(3) status is a requirement for partnership.

We are not open admission, and are only able to take in animals on a case by case basis. If we are unable to take your animal - please see our resources page.
While we are deeply committed to helping animals, our sanctuary has limited space, resources, and staffing to ensure that every animal we take in receives the highest quality of care.
To honor our promise of lifelong compassion and responsible stewardship, we must carefully balance the number of animals we accept with our ability to meet their physical, emotional, and medical needs. Taking in more animals than we can properly care for would compromise the well-being of those already entrusted to us — something we are not willing to risk.
Although we cannot personally take in every animal, we remain dedicated to supporting rescue efforts in other ways, such as providing veterinary services, community outreach, and resource sharing whenever possible.
We are grateful for your understanding and for working alongside us to create a healthier, more compassionate world for all animals.

At this time, we are only able to offer veterinary services directly through our own programs and mobile clinics. We are not able to provide vouchers for care outside of the services we personally deliver.
However, we understand how important it is to find the right help when you need it. To support you, we have created a resources page with links to organizations and programs that may be able to assist with financial aid, low-cost veterinary care, and other support services.
We encourage you to explore these options, and we hope they help connect you with the care your animal needs.

We are deeply grateful for every donation we receive. To best serve the animals and communities we support, donations are generally used at our discretion to meet the areas of greatest need—whether that’s direct veterinary care, sanctuary support, outreach, or the operational costs that keep our work going.
Flexible support allows us to respond quickly, responsibly, and compassionately wherever the need is most urgent. That said, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate restricted donations when they align with our mission and capacity.
Thank you for trusting us—and for making this work possible.
